A selection of 55 photographs (out of 97) taken on my travels through Guatemala. Some pictures are of inferior quality due to being taken hurriedly on my mobile! (Guatemala City had the second highest murder rate in the world in 2009 and U.S. State Department's travel site stated: "In 2011, an average of 40 murders a week were reported in Guatemala City.") Please note that the photographs are as originally taken and not enhanced by any means. Probably felt as unsafe as any place I have visited. Take out lots of insurance before you go. [Please click on the thumbnail images to enlarge.
