A selection of 80 photographs (out of 127) taken on my two visits to Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) - with the pictures being centred on Abidjan. Please note that the photographs are as originally taken and not enhanced by any means. I did not produce a blog whilst in Côte d’Ivoire. My thoughts: Not much of a tourist area - although I enjoyed walking round the centre and seeing several sights. However some of the areas outside the centre showed very poor living conditions for the locals and there was a lot of pollution and poor standards of hygiene. The modern shopping mall near my hotel was a bonus!l [Please click on the thumbnail images to enlarge.
